Drip Nozzle Installation Instructions

Dripper Nozzle type recommendations

Tubing Mounting

Attach 5/8" O.D. Tubing to the underside of a truss, perlin, etc., using 5/8" loop clamps, G260, and screws, G270, provided. 

Use the galvanized wire provided and tie wires to attach the nozzles to crate supports 

OR

attach the galvanized wire to a truss, perlin, etc. and tie wires to support them from above. 
 

Drip Nozzle Location

Locate the nozzle over the sow's shoulder blades and neck area. Make Sure the nozzle is behind the ears.

The wire provided can be used to support the nozzle from either above or below. In any event, the nozzle must remain out of the sow's reach.
 

Nozzle Adjustment and Shut-off

To adjust or shut off nozzles when using the ¼" close off option. Slide the close-off, G138 onto the ¼" tubing and pinch the hose.
